LACONICALLY REVIEWED CONCEPTS PERTAINING THE ROTAVIRUS: A SEVERE DIARRHEA CAUSING MICROBE

Nigeria and developing countries are suffering from infectious diseases due to a mixture of determinants. Parable, rotavirus is a major concern that causes a lot of deaths and hospitalization among children under five of age. Therefore, it is imperative to have more understanding of the rotavirus. A literature review to form concepts were made under the following headings: Historical background of the Rotaviruses, General Characteristics of Rotaviruses, Classification of Rotaviruses, Structure of Rotavirus particle, Rotavirus protein, Non- structural proteins, Structure of Rotavirus genome, Genetic reassortment of Rotaviruses, Mechanisms of Rotavirus genetic diversity, Rotavirus infection, Rotavirus replication, Transmission of Rotaviruses, Incubation period of Rotaviruses, Pathogenesis of Rotavirus infection, Signs and symptoms of Rotavirus infection, Immunity to Rotaviruses, Laboratory diagnosis of Rotaviruses, Epidemiology of Rotaviruses, Treatment of rotavirus infection, Antiviral therapy, Other Therapies, Management of Rotavirus infection, Prevention of Rotavirus infections, General Preventive Measures, Hospital Infection Control Measures. This information would invariably help in gaining understanding the basics of Rotavirus that causes diarrhea in children.
For more than a hundred years, the people of Kien Giang have maintained the celebration of Nguyen Trung Truc’s death anniversary in order to pay tribute to this “Born as a general, die as a god”. According to the movement and development of history, the death anniversary of Nguyen Trung Truc must also have certain changes, to match the content anh nature of the historical – cultural time. This is an important issue, helping to better identify the regular adaptations and changes of national cultural values. However, to date this issue has not been studied. The purpose of the article is to analyze and clarify the process of organizing the death anniversary celebration and its changes, contributing to explaining the adaptation and regular change of cultural values.
Dipterocarpus dyeri is a typical plant of tropical evergreen moist forest at Southeast Vietnam. These plants have been planted popularly at parks and urban streets for the shade and it has been commonly materials for timber industry. Multiplication of Dipterocarpus dyeri at nurseries could face to some diseases, such as the withered disease cause serial death. Our study isolated three disease fungi strains from the root areas of the diseased Dipterocarpus dyeri planted Ma Da nursery, Dong Nai province. Result of 28s rDNA sequencing showed these fungi belong to Ophiostoma eucalypticagena, Aspergillus nidulans and Collectotrichum gloeosporioides. This result is base for conducting the following studies to control the withered disease on Dipterocarpus dyeri at the nursery.
